F4TCOS turned to us for a branding refresh to fully encompass all of the community-based services they offer to help those in need. We gladly took on the challenge of creating a new logo, marketing & social media assets, and a comprehensive style guide.
OUR PROCESS
Our design process begins with creating a visual mood board comprised of an inspirational variety of colors, images, symbols, and typographical examples to help us collaboratively formulate targeted logo ideas specific to our clients' overall branding needs.
LOGO DESIGN
Next, we break out a sketchpad and sketch multiple logo ideas to help us devise the perfect innovative design solution to represent our client's story in a unique way.
Food 4 Thought Community Outreach Services, Inc. outgrew their initial logo and needed an updated version to fully embrace each aspect of the organizational mission and what this non-profit represents. The logo redesign better aligns with each of the services F4TCOS offers to the community it serves, while retaining the original essence of the mission. The five components of the logo mark stand for each part of the Food 4 Thought Community Outreach Services, Inc. mission: Nutrition, Housing, Mental Health, and Job Training; along with community. The colors represent stability, inspiration, responsibility, and caring. The word mark is comprised of a clean sans serif that conveys professionalism.
BRANDING GUIDE
A branding guide is an imperative part of marketing, as it helps establish and maintain the consistency of a brand's cohesive identity throughout all aspects of a business. A branding/style guide helps break down detailed visual aspects of a brand and how it can be communicated to current and prospective customers within a business's target audience(s). Having a set of rules and standards enables a business to communicate a consistent brand identity across all mediums.
PROMOTIONAL MARKETING
Marketing materials are a significant part of establishing a successfully recognizable brand identity. They are designed to help communicate a brand’s products and services to the target market and provide a valuable opportunity to showcase a brand’s unique image. The customized marketing materials we created for F4TCOS will diversify them from competitors because the brand will be recognizable by the overall consistent look of the collective visual assets.
SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING
Digital transformation is in full swing and social media is a place of discovery. Consumers learn about brands through social media as much as they do through tv or radio ads. Brand consistency is also key to maintain instantaneous recognizability. The social media assets we created for Food 4 Thought Community Outreach Services, Inc. strategically incorporates set brand colors in conjunction with branded visual assets and F4TCOS imagery.
